Personal data we process

3B design processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name
  • Address details
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Internet browser and device type
  • Additional information required for the specific service you wish to use. This information will only be used by us for the described purpose.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at berna@3bbbdesign.com, and we will delete this information.

Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data

3B design processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To contact you by phone or email if necessary to carry out our services.
  • 3B design analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.
  • 3B design also processes personal data when we are legally required to do so, such as data we need for our tax returns.

Automated decision-making

3B design does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems without human involvement (for example, an employee of 3B design).

How long we retain personal data

3B design does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. Your personal data will not be retained for more than one year if no agreement has been reached.

Sharing personal data with third parties

3B design does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide this data if it is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. 3B design remains responsible for these processing activities.

Cookies or similar technologies we use

3B design does not use analytical or tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website.

Viewing, modifying, or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by 3B design, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation of your choosing. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to berna@3bbbdesign.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request. 3B design would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). How we secure personal data

3B design takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification.

3B design uses, among other things, a secure connection through an SSL Certificate, which ensures that data is sent in encrypted form.
